EILEEN MARTIN, Assistant Brewer
Hailing from Kentucky, "Ale-Leen" brings stellar credentials to the role of brewster. Midwest beer afficionados may remember Ale-leen as the original brewer at The Silo in Louisville, and then head brewer at Browning's Brewpub (adjacent to Slugger's Field in Louisville). Perhaps Dave Pierce, Bluegrass Brewing Company's head brewer, says it best: "When Eileen joined the Brewster ranks in 1992, she joined a small yet elite group. Eileen, Teri Fahrendorf (Steelhead Brewing) and Sara Hale (Schlafly) were pioneers reviving the brewster trade. While there are many more Brewsters today, Eileen was one of the first in modern times."

He brings a wealth of experience to Upland, and a contagious enthusiasm for brewing. With a strong background in music, Mike is enthused about living in one of America's most musical cities—Bloomington, Indiana.
