December 31st CHOCOLATE STOUT
A very dark, robust beer. Chocolate, pale, and roasted malts, rolled oats and spicy hops provide noticeable coffee overtones. Dark chocolate, added in conditioning, creates a complex chocolate finish.
February 11th ARD RI Imperial Red Ale
Ard Ri means "high king" in Gaelic. Slightly sweet, malty, robust, and 9% ABV, Ard Ri is Upland's signature "St. Paddy's Day) ale.
April 14th MAIBOCK
A full-bodied German-style lager with a complex sweet malt character. A sturdy German hop profile leads to a spicy, dry finish.
May 19th VALLEY WEIZEN
A German-style Hefeweizen made with all-German hops. Upland Weizen is especially popular during the hot Summer months.
July 7th BUMBLEBEE SAISON
A Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale brewed with Indiana honey, coriander, star anise, grains of paradise, and black pepper. Citrusy and crisp, expect a light warming feeling in the summer months. (Kegs only)
August 25th OKTOBERFEST
A Bavarian style light amber lager brewed with the finest German malts and rare German hops. Expect a smooth, malty sweetness and a slightly bitter finish.
October 13th SCHWARZ
Brewed annually to benefit the Exotic Feline Rescue Center, this German- style Schwarzbier is a light refreshing black lager. A delicate pilsner malt character is accented with a light Spalter hop aroma and hints of roast. (Kegs only)
December 1st WINTER WARMER
A barley wine with a large malt character and dark color achieved using a long boil and the finest British and American malts. Rich fruit flavors and aromas are balanced by a pleasant bitter taste, a lingering finish, and 9% ABV .
