| We accidentally summoned the demon Dantalion into our brewhouse (as near as we can tell, a rapid string of curses from one of our brewers covered by a sticky mass of yeast called It from the netherworld), but we were able to contain it in enchanted white oak barrels that were being used to ferment an experimental wild beer.
The result is a dark brown, mysterious Brettanomyces-fermented brew. A light blend of spices reveals highlights of citrus and licorice. It has taken over a year to tame the demon in our enchanted white oak barrels, previously used to store dark red wine. We don’t know exactly what will happen when we pop the cork–are you brave enough to meet Dantalion face to face?
Dantalion is an extremely -limited release beer, available in 750 ml bottles. 8.5% ABV, 27 IBUs |

| Lambics have been made in Belgium for over 500 years, and we are honoring this tradition by brewing our own Indiana version. Upland lambics are fermented by yeast similar to that found indigenously in the Senne Valley of Belgium and aged in oak casks for over a year, which creates a tart, complex beer. We add whole fruits to create eight different styles (strawberry, cherry, blueberry, blackberry, peach, kiwi, raspberry, and persimmon) each with their own enticing aromas and flavors. The beer is bottle conditioned to add a zesty and refreshing carbonation. |
