Like almost all things Upland, this website was done… by us, in-house. But unlike our beers, we claim no particular skills at this particular craft – so forgive us if you find bugs – but be sure to TELL US – so we can fix ‘em.
All the images on the site are either owned by Upland, licensed from IStockPhoto, or available as “fair use.” Nevertheless, mistakes do happen. If you think we are using an image improperly, please contact us immediately and we will address it.
Open Source
In building this site, we used a whole lot of open source software. We support the open source movement – it is very much like the craft brewing industry – it tends to make superior product and forces the mass producers to improve to try and keep up. But it is more than code, it’s a community that spans the globe via the internet. In the course of building this site we got our technical questions answered by people from Boston to Bulgaria, Indy to India.
