Ale with Lemon & Ginger
We chose ingredients that were undeniably refreshing: ginger and lemon. To amplify this thirst-quenching quality we chose a locally sourced yeast strain that produces a mild tartness to this finished beer. To soften that tartness and add a touch of electrolytes, we included a small amount of pink Himalayan sea salt. Refreshingly session-able, Breaking Away is the perfect post-ride quencher.
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 5
YEAST: Wild Pitch Yeast 72 and Wyeast 1272
MALT: Pilsen, Flaked & Malted Wheat, Carapils, Acidulated Malt
