Thunder Over Louisville, which lights up the sky with one of the biggest fireworks displays in the country, is Saturday, April 18, 2026 and Upland customers have the best seat in the house!
We’re excited to celebrate Thunder Over Louisville, described as the pinnacle of pyrotechnics, again this year, and we want to welcome you to join us in the festivities at our Upland Jeffersonville location. Trust us when we say the view from Indiana will be epic. We expect a big crowd, and it’s time to get your tickets for the event. Our brunch menu is hot! Here are a few of our new selections:
The Stuffed French Toast is getting an upgrade! Lemon cream cheese filling topped with strawberry preserves, powdered sugar, and warm maple syrup.
The Avocado Toast is wheat toast topped with two local eggs, avocado, tomatoes, arugula, goat cheese, pepitas, and balsamic syrup.
The Brew Bird is fried chicken, one local egg, cheddar cheese, sausage gravy on a toasted brioche bun.
The CV Eggs and Hash is two local eggs on top of potatoes, onions, peppers, and Champagne Velvet beer braised corn beef. Served with Champagne Velvet sauce and wheat toast.
The Egg Sandwich is a toasted everything bagel split into two- filled with local eggs, pepper bacon, cheddar cheese, smoked tomato jam, and cream cheese.
