We’re excited to announce our first guest tap at the Wood Shop. You can try four different beers from Mikkeller Brewery starting on Thursday, October 27.
Mikkeller Brewery started in 2006 in Copenhagen in the kitchen of a math and physics teacher who began experimenting with hops, malt, and yeast. Now, these microbrews are exported to 40 different countries and known for innovative and cutting edge brews.
Mikkeller beers on tap at the Wood Shop:
- Spontanorange: Lambic-style beer w/ orange
- Spontanpineapple: Lambic-style beer w/ pineapple
- Spontanpear: Lambic-style beer w/ pear
- Wheat is the New Hops: 6% hoppy wheat beer with Brett
Mikkeller aims to make quality beers a serious alternative to wine and Champagne when having gourmet food.
They hate to work with people that don’t give a damn. The beer world is full of passionate and honest people, so why collaborate with those who don’t?
