Sour. Bitter. These beer-describing adjectives aren’t typically associated with Valentine’s Day, but then again… who wants to be typical? This year, we want you to be our Valentine! Grab your loved one, or better yet a bunch of loved ones, and join us for our second annual Valentine’s Day Beer Pairing Dinner at the Carmel Tap House. The dinner will feature six courses of unique culinary creations by chef Chris Blinde, each paired with a carefully crafted Upland brew, including several of our rare Sour Ales.
Lovers and friends are all invited to come spend this special day together with good food and great beer. Parties of all sizes are welcome, tickets must be purchased in advance. Seats are limited and will go fast, so buy your tickets early!

Course #2: Mushroom consomme, tomato confit paired with: Coast Buster Imperial IPA
Course #3: Arugula, roasted fennel, baby beets, pistachio paired with: Malefactor Sour Ale
Course #4: Sea scallops, wilted watercress, bacon, cherry tomato paired with: Wheat Belgian Witbier
Course #5: Fisher farms NY strip, sweetbread ravioli, oyster mushroom paired with: Komodo Black IPA
Course #6: Syrupticious ice cream, waffle cookie, berry compote paired with: Barrel Chested Barleywine
