Upland Brewing Company has teamed up with the Bloomington Community Orchard to bring you delicious local foods paired with tasty local brews. Join us July 23rd at 7pm! All proceeds benefit the Bloomington Community Orchard.

Guests will enjoy a special preview of our latest Side Trail Series brew, Beard of Paradise a coconut aged pale ale. We will also be sharing a new honey amber ale brewed especially for this dinner and one of our newest sour ales, Pawpaw!

first course:

mini tofu corn dog bites – beard of paradise

house made tofu in a jalepeno corn dog style crust with a chipotle

tomato ketchup made from Heartland Family Farms tomatoes.

paired with upland’s newest beer in our side trail series;

a pale ale rich with tropical flavors and aromas.

second course:

rocket salad – wheat ale

arugula from Good Life Farms tossed in our naranja dressing,

candied walnuts, fresh orange sections and sliced radish.

third course:

butchers block pork loin – honey amber ale

pork loin pan seared with a house made vegetable demi glaze,

rhubarb-parsnip puree and brocolini.  Paired with a honey amber ale

made with bloomington community orchard honey

brewed exclusively for this dinner

fourth course:

medovnik honey cake – paw paw sour ale

thin layer honey cake made with honey

from Bloomington Community

Orchard served with a sour cream frosting.
