Fischer Farms flank steak marinated in Helios Pale ale and flash grilled. Served with roasted herb baby red potatoes, 2 over-easy eggs, topped with chimmichurri sauce.
Pistachio Crusted Trout
Indiana raised trout dusted in crushed pistachios and spices, pan seared & baked on cast iron skillet. Trout is served on a bed of sautéed spinach with potatoes and asparagus.
Smoked Pork Chops
House smoked and lightly grilled local pork chops served with garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus and spicy mustard glaze.

House made light chocolate cake with a gooey center served with porter chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
