Sour. Bitter. These beer-describing adjectives aren’t typically associated with Valentine’s Day, but then again… who wants to be typical? This year, we want you to be our Valentine! Join us for our second annual Valentine’s Day Beer Pairing Dinner at the Carmel Tap House. The dinner will feature five courses of unique culinary creations by chef Chris Blinde, each paired with a carefully crafted Upland brew, including one of our rare Sour Ales.

 

Course 1: Sweet Onion and White Bean Soup paired with Champagne Velvet

Course 2: Mache, Sorrell and Pear Salad paired with Schwarz

Course 3: Yellowtail Crudo and Pickled Jalapeño paired with Coastbuster

Course 4: Cocoa Rubbed Filet Mignon paired with Barrel Chested Barleywine

Course 5: Dragonfruit Lambic Sorbet paired with Cherry Lambic
