OFFICIAL RULES
1. SPONSOR
The Gameday Tailgate Kit Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Upland Brewing Company, located at 4060 Profile Pkwy, Bloomington, IN 47404 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on [06/01/2026, 8 A.M. EST] and ends on [07/31/2026, 11:59 P.M. EST] (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form available via:
- Indiana University digital advertisements, or
- QR codes displayed at participating retail locations
and submitting all required information.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Gameday Tailgate Kit, which includes:
- Blackstone 22” Tabletop Griddle
- Grill accessories including 2 spatulas, 2 squeeze bottles & 1 griddle scraper
- Two (2) Upland-branded chairs
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
