Experimentation is necessary for innovation and we’re constantly experimenting at our breweries.

In our Sour Brewery, we typically use fresh fruits while aging beers like Strawberry, Blueberry, etc. The sour brewers started a new experiment last week trying out a wide variety of organic dried fruits to see if there are changes in flavor and aroma.
