And without further ado, here are our 3 summer wedding cocktail recipes:

Rosemary Mint Mojito

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a 12oz highball glass, muddle the lime, orange and lemon wedges to release the juices. Add a handful of fresh mint and add the leaves from one of the rosemary sprigs. Add 50ml of gin, a scoop of ice and mix. Top with more ice & tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

 

Bubbly Champagne Punch

Fruity but not too sweet. We’ve added more club soda to make it a little lighter. All ingredients can be adjusted to your own personal taste.

In large punch bowl or drink canister, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, white wine, club soda and champagne. Stir & serve.

Something New Indiana Mule

Ingredients:

Directions: 

Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug. Add ice cubes, ginger beer, and soda. Stir gently to combine. Apple fan, for garnish
