Last week we spent a day at Quaff On! Brewery, along with the folks from Function and Bloomington Brewing Company, to brew the first ever collaboration beer with our awesome neighbors! Several weeks ago when we met to discuss what style of beer we would brew, we were all leaning toward something a little out of the ordinary. We decided on a Black American Wheat, and our brew day was a lot of fun! Look for this beer at all of the collaborators’ locations and at Bloomington Craft Beer Festival in April!
