Kiwi showcases the distinct fruit characteristics of fresh kiwis melded with a mildly tart base of sour ale. Hazy and golden/straw in appearance upon pouring, with zesty amounts of carbonation. Fresh kiwi and tropical aromas meld with floral and wine-like notes. Wonderful rich kiwi flavors follow in the taste, accompanied by refreshing tartness. Finish is dry, with mouth-watering tanginess and kiwi flavor.

Oak Brux
Oak Brux is fermented with 100% brettanomyces bruxellensis yeast and aged four eight months in barrels made from no toast French oak heads and medium long toast American oak staves. Brett produces mild tartness and fruity esters, which blend with the oaky vanillas and pleasant funk character. We appreciate the simplicity of this pale, hazy, 4.5% abv beer, as an example of the American craft beer movement.

This barrel-aged sour ale combines the traditional Belgian-style sour with blueberries sourced from Michigan and Canada. We ferment our base blonde ale, Basis, over six to eight months in oak tanks to produce tart flavors, fruity notes, and a funky character. Then, we select a blend of individual batches for fruiting with whole blueberries for an additional three months, creating an intense blueberry fruit character with floral and dark fruit aromas. The final blend is bottle conditioned, resulting in a fine carbonation and spritzy mouthfeel. Blueberry is the perfect drink to share with
friends over a plate of good cheese and fresh fruit.

SBS only:
After experimentation with different rates of watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and cucumber we
determined the cantaloupe was the most expressive and melded well with our base beer, Basis. Several types and rates of tea were tested and oolong with Jasmine provided the perfect amount of character to complement the melon and basis. We aged on cantaloupe and Sechung oolong tea with jasmine for 2 months to provide a wonderful combination of tropical fruit flavor and floral-herbal aroma.

Ponche navideño, or Mexican Chirstmas punch, is a traditional fruit beverage served during the holidays at family
gatherings. Inspired by this homestyle classic, we added mayhaws, guava, apples, pears, raisins and dried plums aged in tequila barrels with tamarind, cinnamon and piloncillo cane sugar. A special treat for the holidays, enjoy with a fireplace and a variety of tapas.
