Last weekend, some of the brew crew and family and friends took advantage of the beautiful early Spring weather and headed out to the woods for a homemade maple syrup adventure! We smothered this scratch-made tree-to-table syrup on bratwurst boiled in Double Dragonfly Imperial IPA and whole Cascade hops and paired it with Upland Wheat Ale. Delicious!
