“The worst days are the ones when I see the light. The light you shine into the darkness to retrieve something long ago abandoned. But you don’t reach for me, you’ll never reach for me. I could be loved again, I think I remember how.”
For the memories, xoxo Teddy
Winter’s coming… and you’ll need someone to cuddle with.
Teddy wants to come home.
Upland Brewing Co. announced today that Teddy Bear Kisses will be available for wholesale on draught and in 4-packs in mid September.
Beer Description:
A dark and robust beer brewed in the traditional stout method. Teddy Bear Kisses features an abundance of dark malts and high alpha hops for a powerful impact of roast, chocolate, and sweet bitterness. The lucky few who cuddle up to a warming session with Teddy Bear Kisses, can sense the velvety malt character, balanced bitter intensity, and soothing chocolate notes created by long aging on fair trade cocoa nibs. Teddy Bear Kisses will make you feel warm and happy inside, but it’s definitely not your childhood cuddle toy. Teddy Bear Kisses won a Gold Medal in the 2010 World Beer Championships.

Can you smell that?
That green hoppy goodness – make you wanna stick your face down in it. We did.
That’s right hop heads…
Harvest Ale is coming!
“Like a kid on Christmas morning.”
That’s how we describe the mood around here the day our freshly harvested citra hops arrive from the Pacific Northwest. After all, it’s this precious cargo that lets us start brewing our Harvest Ale every fall. The addition of wet hops is what gives this beer its extra vibrant flavor–which makes the long wait for those hops worth it. It’s just too bad harvest day comes only once a year.
Harvest Ale will be available at our retail locations and in select establishments starting in early October. Harvest Ale is an American Pale Ale by design, but an even more vibrant rendition by loading up our hopback with freshly harvested Citra hops.
Beer Description: An American Pale Ale by design with a hop back of freshly harvested Citra hops. Expect huge wafts of tropical fruit notes, balanced by a moderate bitterness and light tasted malt character. A showcase for one of our favorite ingredients and a delight for all the hopheads.
