Despite unruly weather, the Red Eye Relay went off without a hitch. 40 teams participated over the course of over 24 hours on July 20-21, 2013. This year, we added a 50-mile relay to the existing 100-mile relay and it had a great reception.
Congratulations to the overall winners, Omega Falcon Running Club, for finishing the 100-mile relay in 10:08:24.945, and Revenge of the Chipmunks for finishing the 50-mile relay in 06:36:45.347. We also congratulate all of our participating teams for a job well done! The terrain and course was not easy, and you all ran spectacularly.
