Every summer breweries from all across the midwest come to Madison, Wisconsin to show off their latest and greatest for the Great Taste of the Midwest! We’ve just returned from this epic midwestern adventure and had an awesome time.
Friday morning we headed north on the trek to Wisconsin and stopped at DESTIHL brewery in the other Bloomington for a bite and beer sampling. The brew crew was eager to check out the brewery so after lunch the manager showed us around their space.
The crew arrived in Madison and hit the ground running straight to our tap takeover at the Heritage Tavern. We had a great crowd excited about our beer and new look. We surprised them all by popping some sours!
The next day we welcomed midwesterners and craft lovers from all over the country to taste some of our favorite beers and popped a few bottles of Blackberry Lambic and Sour Reserve #5 throughout the day. Thank you to all who stopped by our booth; we loved meeting you all and sharing our beer with you!
To top off Wisconsin pilgrimage we visited the New Glarus Brewery and roadside cheese shop to stock up on some Wisconsin goodness!
