Last week a group of our restaurant staff paid our friends at Fischer Farms a visit.
The Fischer Farms crew were gracious hosts greeting us with a delicious steak upon our arrival for lunch. After a little meet and greet we headed out with Fischer Farms owner, Dave Fischer, to tour the grounds.
Not a bad way to spend a Monday.
Chef Paddy remarked, “the trip served a great reminder of the amount of respect we must keep not only for our farmers, but for the animals that die to feed us.”
