Due to extremely limited space in our Sour brewery and heavy construction in the adjoining restaurant, we suspended tours of this building several months ago. However, we’ve had so many people ask about tours, Head Brewer Caleb Staton decided to go ahead and do a limited amount during this Sour pickup period. Last weekend he took groups of Sour lovers through his second home, explained traditional Sour brewing processes, and poured samples straight from the barrels. If you missed last weekend’s tours, you still have a chance to get in on the action this weekend! He’ll be doing tours on Saturday 2/22 at 3 and 4pm, and on Sunday 2/23 at 3, 4, 5, and 6pm.
