Meet the team behind Upland beer. Meet Adam Covey, our Quality Manager. Adam has worked at Upland for 10 years and we literally cannot imagine life without him.
He develops and maintains the Quality Program which includes all sorts of stuff but results in making sure we make the best beer possible. He does yeast and fermentation management, microbiological testing, shelf-life determination, sensory training (yeah, that’s just beer tasting), assistance with new beer development, protocol & process approval, lots of problem-solving, and much more. When Adam isn’t being our resident Scientist, he’s taking on foosball challengers and winning. Keep on reading to learn more about Covey.
